WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • Shella features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind about an item you can return it for a refund. We are happy to accept your returns on behalf of each brand within 14 days of purchase but they must be unused, unworn and undamaged i.e. in their original condition. We will carry out stringent inspections on each item that is returned within 14 days and if anything is returned damaged or in unsellable condition then they reserve the right to decline it. Parcels are returned at your own cost unless faulty.

 

Reasons for an item failing inspection include but are not limited to:

  • Makeup stains
  • Antiperspirant stains
  • False tan stains
  • Food & beverage stain
  • Obvious signs of use
  • Protective hygiene packaging removed

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear, and some lingerie due to hygiene reasons unless faulty. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods and may not be entitled to a refund or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Please be aware that initial postage costs will not be refunded unless items are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon receipt. If your item is damaged on delivery, please email us at sales@thefiesta.co within 7 days.

 

How to return an item to us

Please do not send any items back to us without authentication from support and if approved, make sure return items are shipped with tracking number to ensure items are not lost or misplaced.

 

Returns Address

Once you have submitted your returns request and received your RMA instructions, we will provide you with the correct address to return your items.
